How to Register

Registration is on a first-come first-serve basis. To register, please fill out the registration form. Registration will not be guaranteed until the first term payment has been received. Registration MUST be received before or on the students first day of class. Student(s) will not be able to participate in class without the submission of the registration form. The registration form is also the consent form allowing the student(s) to participate in class(es) at IDA by their parent or guardian.  

TUITION/FEES TERMS:

  • INSTALLMENT #1 – Due before or at the students first class(es), NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • INSTALLMENT #2 – Due NOVEMBER 3RD, 2019.

  • INSTALLMENT #3 – Due JANUARY 5TH, 2020.

  • INSTALLMENT #4 – Due MARCH 8TH, 2020.

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR A SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION 

1. Fill out registration form. 

2. First term payment received by IDA before the first day of class(es). 

E TRANSFER: Please send E Transfer to [email protected], a second email MUST be sent with the student(s) name, class and password.

POST-DATED CHEQUES: Three post-dated cheques dated for, NOVEMBER 3RD, 2019, JANUARY 5TH, 2020 AND MARCH 8TH, 2020  to accompany registration form and 1st installment. All post-dated cheques MUST be received at registration or mailed to PO BOX 20074 Charlottetown C1A 9E3. There will be a $25.00 service fee for NSF cheques. STUDENT(S) NAME MUST BE ON EACH CHEQUE. 

CASH: Cash payments MUST be payed at the beginning of each term. Cash must be placed in a sealed envelope with the student(s) and parents’ names on the envelope. Please have the correct amount owing as staff cannot make change.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS: For those students and families (dancing 4 or more hours per week) who wish to pay monthly – take the fee for 1 term, multiply by 4, divide by 9, round up to the nearest dollar and you will have the monthly payment. Please be advised that all monthly payments must be received the first of each month and post-dated cheques made for the first of each month. Please add an additional $25.00 to the first month’s payment for administration fees. 

FEES, ONCE PROCESSED, ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE.

WITHDRAWAL FROM CLASSES: If a student is withdrawing from classes please notify the school before the next term begins to avoid processing of post-dated cheques.
