How to Register

Registration is on a first come first serve basis. To register, please fill out the registration form. Registration will not be guaranteed until the first term payment has been received. Registration MUST be received on or before the first day of 1st term, September13th, 2021. Student(s) will not be able to participate in class without the submission of the registration form. The registration form is also the consent form allowing the student(s) to participate in class(es) at IDA by their parent or guardian.  

STEPS TO FOLLOW FOR A SUCCESSFUL REGISTRATION 

  1. If you are a new student please email, [email protected] prior to submitting registration form, this will ensure your dancer makes it into the correct class/level. 
  2. Please read over the RULES & POLICIES. 
  3. Please check the DRESS CODE for your dancer’s class/level. 
  4. Make sure you have decided on method of payment under TUITION. 
  5. Register online and wait 2-3 days for confirmation. 
  6. Once you have received your confirmation email, please forward payment. 
  7. Registration is submitted once a year in September.  
  8. IDA has 4 terms per year, and they consist of 8 teaching weeks each. 
 

Payment Methods

E TRANSFER:

Please send E Transfers to [email protected], a confirmation email MUST be sent with the student(s) name, class and password if required.

POST-DATED CHEQUES:

  • Please make sure you have the correct amount owing before passing in post-dated cheques.
  • Please make cheques out to, Island Dance Academy.
  • Student’s name MUST be on each cheque.
    A $25.00 service fee will be required for any NSF cheques.
  • All 4 post-dated cheques must be mailed to address below before September 13th.

CASH:

Cash payments MUST be payed at the beginning of each term. Cash must be placed in a sealed envelope with the students and parents’ names on the envelope. Please have the correct amount owing as staff cannot make change.

MONTHLY PAYMENTS:

For those students and families (dancing 5 or more hours per week) who wish to pay monthly – take the fee for 1st term, multiply by 4, divide by 9, round up to the nearest dollar and you will have the monthly payment. Please be advised that all monthly payments must be received the first of each month and post-dated cheques made for the first of each month. Please add an additional $25.00 to the first month’s payment for administration fees.
